thanksgiving

thanksgiving is one of my favourite holidays... and cooking (erg, and eating) turkey is one of my favourite ways to celebrate. this year, vince and i came this close to bucking tradition but, at the last moment, i decided i wanted to roast a big bird. we headed to sobeys after spending the morning at the dog park and miraculously found a 15-pound unfrozen turkey! gobble, gobble.
