afternoon tea shoes

many years ago, i was very much into wearing high heels everywhere. at the height of my obsession, i must've bought around a pair a week. for the past few years, i find that i hardly ever wear heels except when i'm at work - i prefer flip flops or runners for my long walks. what's different about this year is that, even though i no longer wear heels, i'm starting to buy them again. i think it's because i keep thinking i'll bring another pair to wear at work but i haven't yet.

since i haven't really had a chance to wear my new shoes (i count 7 pairs of heels and 1 pair of wedges so far this year), i thought i might as well blog about them. this first pair are very satc and are probably my absolute favourite pair. made by guess and purchased at sears of all places, they're the pair i wore to the ritz in london. too bad they're so uncomfortable. i think these will be my dedicated afternoon tea shoes. they scream dainty pastries and finger sandwiches.
