london - day 1 - chasing the sun

the boy and i took the red-eye to london for our honeymoon! before our flight, i found a great place in pearson to take photos. it was filled with natural light and a matte black metallic looking broken dome structure. i was drawn to it like a moth to a flame. the boy didn't understand it at all. then we boarded the flight and chased the sun a quarter of the way around the world.



before bedtime, we were served our meals. the boy had ticked off kosher when he booked the flight because he was curious about what the meal would be like. he got his meal before everyone else. the flight attendant was majorly confused about the whole situation. so was the boy at first because he had completely forgotten about his pre-flight selection.



the boy got more food but the taste was just alright. the regular meal was better. maybe because i was hungrier by the time i got it.
