merry christmas!

finally, a free moment to recap a busy christmas day. i wouldn't have it any other way.

the celebration really started with dinner on christmas eve with the boy's parents but i didn't bring my camera... and we were too busy eating anyway. i ordered way too much food (japanese buffet) and it kept coming and coming. food was arriving from our 1st order even as we were eating our 2nd order. oops. i got in big trouble with the boy because he had to eat it all. then we had our annual sleepover.

in the morning, we opened pressies. the starfish was very resourceful when he couldn't find any clear tape. looks like bandages to me but apparently it was hockey tape?



the boy and i stayed to watch a couple of movies, then we went to blockbuster with the starfish, and then we drove back to tinkle to open our pressies for each other.



after a much needed nap, it was off to paradise to eat again.



very very full, we went back to my fam's townhouse for a silly session of wrapping and unwrapping that lasted all the way to boxing day. the best was when my mom took paper from one of the opened gifts to loosely bundle around a scarf to give to my sister because she didn't have time to wrap it earlier.
