gilead cafe

today i took a short break from studying to meet the designer for lunch. we met outside a little alleyway in corktown and headed over to gilead cafe - jamie kennedy's newest casual eatery. we both had the daily poutine - pork hock with canadian artisan cheese. it was small but surprisingly filling. very salty. the gravy was oddly runny yet glued our lips shut. we washed it all down with birch beer. yummy! now, with a full belly, i will get back to work.
